Our Purpose

Nicole Jones-Gerbino is a dynamic executive leader and communicator with over two decades of experience in practice management, revenue cycle leadership, and operations across a variety of health care settings. 

Her years in the health care industry include a wide range of leadership experience across physician groups and multi-site health care systems,  including six years as director of client relations with a national consulting firm, where she served as a trusted industry adviser in health care delivery, revenue cycle and business development to a large market share of physician groups in the national arena. Most recently, Nicole worked in a leadership role with a large health system in southern California, managing the operations of a large public health network, expanding partnerships with community practices throughout San Diego, helping providers navigate regulatory and quality programs, and developing strategic initiatives. She has also served on various compliance and state regulatory boards.
